This will help me get your profile set up in my transaction management system.

Step 2:

MLS Property Input Forms - Fill in the MLS property details and description using this link.

A complete and accurate property input and description on the MLS is crucial because it attracts serious buyers, highlights the property's best features, and maximizes visibility, ultimately helping secure the highest possible sale price.

Step 3:

Do you already have professional photos? Upload your property photos using this link.

If you do not yet have professional photos, we can arrange the photos later.

One you have completed all the forms, I will start to:

1) Load your data my transaction management system for E-Signatures. 

2) Start the MLS data entry to get your property listed.
